Our Arctic Retreats are fully customizable. We are happy to tailor a week according to your preferences.
Logging at the Arctic Hearts cabin
7 nights in our freshly renovated 60 m² red Swedish house.
Our farm is located in complete seclusion, surrounded by the Nordic forests.
Within walking distance, you will find numerous hiking trails and a large sandy beach with a swimming lake.
Includes towels, organic shower gel, and shampoo.

Our Arctic Retreats always take place in one-on-one or two-person guidance.
During your stay, you will be the only guests, allowing you to fully focus on yourself and enjoy the tranquility of the Nordic nature.

Vegan and vegetarian options available upon request.
Breakfast is provided in the guesthouse, while all other meals are enjoyed together.

During your week with us, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of sled dogs, as they are an integral part of our daily life.
We are happy to take you on a sled dog ride, a hike, or a therapeutic animal session.
The focus of your week is to experience the Nordic nature in all its beauty. We will explore Lapland’s wilderness through hikes, walks, and excursions.
Additionally, we can arrange a visit to a reindeer farm upon request.
Personal coaching and workshops
If desired, you can have daily consultation sessions with a clinical psychologist. We are happy to design workshops and sessions tailored to personal topics.
If you wish to focus primarily on psychological counseling, you will also receive two online sessions —one for preparation before your stay and one for follow-up afterward.
Individuell yoga and meditation sessions

Arctic Hearts – A Mindful Retreat with Sled Dogs and Northern Lights

Day 1: Arrival and Settling In
Arrival at Arctic Hearts and welcome at the cozy holiday home.

Settle in and relax with a warm meal by the campfire, overlooking the untouched nature.
Day 2: Mindfulness and Nature
Guided morning meditation to start the day mindfully.
A walk through the snowy forests with mindfulness exercises to sharpen the senses and be in the moment.
Lunch at the holiday home, followed by free time for reflection and relaxation.
Afternoon: Introduction to the art of journaling – writing as a path to self-discovery.
